1. Where does your hair come from? Do you import cheap hair or mix synthetic fibers?
No. At Top Trend Hair Factory, we only use 100% raw Vietnamese single donor hair, ethically collected from healthy local donors. We do not import Indian hair, remy, or synthetic fibers.

2. Can your hair be bleached, dyed, or styled with heat?
Yes! Since our hair is raw, unprocessed, and cuticle-aligned, you can bleach, color, straighten, or curl it like your natural hair. We recommend avoiding overly harsh chemicals for best results.

3. What hair textures and extensions do you offer?
We supply: Wig, Bundle, Closure, Frontal and Extension (Bulk, Tape, Clip, …)

Textures include straight, wavy, curly, … — with both natural and colored options.

4. Is the hair kept in stock or made to order?
We don’t store bulk inventory like mass factories. Every bundle is produced fresh per order to ensure softness, strength, and shine.

5. Do you sell wigs, closures, or frontals?
We currently offer lace closures and frontals in HD or normal lace. Wigs are in development and will launch soon.

6. How long does production take?
Production time is typically 10 – 15 business days, depending on your order size and customization needs.
