Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed the product specifications (such as type, texture, color, and length), and your payment is successfully completed, your order will be officially processed and sent to our production system.

We maintain a well-managed warehouse and efficient production lines, which allows us to offer fast turnaround times — ensuring that your orders are fulfilled on schedule, without delays.

If the items are in stock, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

• Custom & made-to-order items
For custom hair extensions (e.g. colored bundles, specific textures, lengths, or lace options), production time may vary. Please contact your assigned sales agent for the exact time estimate based on your order details.

We ship worldwide using leading global courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected. Once your package is ready, our sales team will share your tracking number and shipment details promptly.

Shipping fees vary by destination and shipping partner. You’ll be informed of your shipping cost before dispatch. If you don’t choose a specific courier, we’ll select the most reliable one based on our logistics experience in your region.
